Naya Basera — नया बसेरा — lists flats for rent in Bangalore, with every detail stated before you visit. Non-veg, bachelors, family, pets, deposit, maintenance. The things that usually come out only when you are already standing at the door.
How we work
We speak to every owner on a video call and see the flat on that call before it goes up. The house rules — non-veg, bachelors, pets — are confirmed with the owner in their own words, and we publish what they actually said.
Every enquiry is answered by a person. Nobody here reads you a script, and we only send you to flats whose rules you actually fit.
What money moves, and what doesn't
Owners pay nothing. No listing fee, no commission, no term. That is not an introductory offer with an end date.
Tenants pay one fee — ₹10,000, once, and only if you take the flat. It is printed on every listing page before you enquire, so you never find out about it late. A broker normally charges a full month.
We never take your deposit or your rent. Those go straight to the owner, in either direction, always. We cannot be the ones who disappear with your deposit, because that money never passes through us.
What we will not do
- Publish an owner's name, phone number, flat number or society name.
- Hand your number to an owner unless the flat actually suits you.
- List a flat we have not seen on a call with the person who owns it.
- Put a review, rating or follower count on this site that we invented.
