Written plainly, because you are about to give us a phone number.
If you enquire about a flat
We collect your name, your phone number, your move-in date if you give one, your message, and any of the three optional questions you answer. We also keep a scrambled one-way version of your IP address, used only to stop the same machine flooding the form.
That goes to one person — the operator. We pass your name and number to a flat owner only when the flat suits you and you are being shortlisted. Never before, and never to anyone else.
If you pay our fee
We keep the agreed rent, the amount, the date, and the payment reference. That is an accounting record. It is never published, and it is never shared with the owner.
If you list a flat with us
We collect more from owners than from tenants: name, phone number, the society name, the flat number, and notes from the call where we verified the flat.
None of that is published. The public page never carries an owner's name or number, the society name, the flat number, or the exact address. Photos have their location data stripped before they go up.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted twelve months after they close, or twelve months after they arrive if they never close.
Where a fee was paid, we keep the transaction but remove the person: name, number, message and the optional answers are erased, and what remains is an accounting entry that cannot identify anybody. Enquiries with no fee attached are deleted outright.
Cookies
The public pages set none, and there is no analytics or advertising script on them. The operator's own login uses a session cookie; you will never see it.
Asking us to delete it
Message us and say so. We will do it the same day and confirm when it is done. You do not have to give a reason.
