Why it's free

We don't charge owners at all — not now, not later, no term that quietly ends.We are paid by the tenant: ₹10,000, once, and only when they actually take your flat.

That is the whole catch, and you should hear it from us rather than from a tenant standing in your doorway. The tenant knows about it too — it is printed on your flat's page before anyone can enquire. We never touch your deposit or your rent; those go straight between you and the tenant.

What we actually do

• Write the listing and take the photos through our own process.
• Put it in front of the tenants already looking in your area.
• Answer every enquiry — a person, not a form.
• Send you only the tenants who fit your flat's rules.

What we never do

• Publish your name, your phone number, your flat number or your society name.
• Give your number to anyone who asks for it.
• Auto-forward enquiries. Every one comes to us first.

We list only from the owner or someone in the owner's family. We are not able to work with brokers — we tell every tenant our fee is the only one they will be asked for, and we have to be able to keep that.

What we need from you

The details, honestly — including the rules most listings leave out. If non-veg is not allowed, say so and we will print it. A tenant who finds out at your door has wasted your afternoon as much as their own.

Before anything goes live we send you the exact page text on WhatsApp and wait for you to confirm it. Nothing is published that you have not read.
